Clarissa Explains It All follows Clarissa Darling, a smart, sarcastic and fashion-forward 14-year-old girl as she deals with typical teenage problems.

The show ran from March of 1991 to December of 1994, with a total of 65 episodes. The series was nominated for an Emmy for Outstanding Children’s Program and Melissa Joan Hart (Clarissa) won three competitive Young Artist Awards for her acting ability.

Since then, Clarissa has become an icon of the 90s and a symbol of feminism in TV programming.
